I blinked and suddenly it's a year later! How does that happen?
The last time I posted was to update everyone on the progress of my sweet little travel trailer. I ended up making my very first quilt just for the trailer. It was only possible because my oldest son Jacob and my sweet hubby Jason bought me a sewing machine for my birthday that month.
It was during this time that I was hopeful to get the last of the NEEDS for this little gal. Tires! And get the brakes hooked up! Those 2 things are all that stand in the way of getting out camping since we can use electric lanterns inside at night. Unfortunately there was never money in the budget for those things.
And that was that. I went on with life and kept myself busy with my new passion of quilt making.
Sometimes when you least expect it, you find yourself being offered an opportunity to do something you had figured was in your past.
We are just waiting on some paperwork so we can take ownership and then my newest project can begin. The ideas are already buzzing around in my head. I feel pretty lucky to have another shot at giving new life to an old trailer. Thanks for the opportunity Darrin!
